Often, when I press the hatch unlock on the drivers side door, the hatch does not unlock.

This puzzled me for quite some time, but now I think I know why.
I happened to notice that when I close my drivers side door after pressing the hatch unlock button, the air inside the car is compressed and I saw the hatch bounce just slightly. I think that opened the hatch and then locked it again. The result is a locked hatch when you walk around to the back and try it.
Lately I have been leaving my drivers side door open until I open the hatch. It has been unlocked every time. I just recently discovered this, so I am not totally convinced. When I am convinced, I will try adjusting the open sensor. If you also try my solution, let me know your result....
