100K on my 1995 900S. It does not have a single rattle in the dash, doors, hatch, etc. And I'm the easily annoyed type who listens for that stuff all the time. I had what I thought was a door rattle and turned out to actually be a loose mid-body mudflap, under the car.

The "frame retorques" involves the engine subframe to unibody bolts. This does not cause rattles, but a popping on accel and braking, and contributes nothing as far as making the "frame" more flexible.

Now my 1993 900...thats another story. I don't need a radio b/c of the orchestra of noises from the dash and door innards.
