Throttle Body Transition Porting

It was a relatively easy job... I did it on Saturday with my B&D Rotary Tool. I started with a coarse grit sanding drum moving to medium grit, and finally polishing with an alumimum oxide stone. Since the sanding drums are only about a half inch in length I went through about 6 of them in the process. I also used the supplied Flexible Shaft to get deep inside the casting. The results: the car seems to spool up faster....but it could be just psychological.
