Hi new saab owner here.Well i just purchased a 94 ng v6 with 95k after the first week car started ticking so i took it to the dealer upon inspection he suggested i change the lifters so i replaced them $1500 still the same problem so he said the only possible thing can be the timing chain which was done free with the tensioners.Still the same problem so i took the car to suttle motors another dealer in va who told me due to oil starvation in the rear head this is why my car is ticking. So he changed the screens filters new oil etc.$1000 next they recomend i replace the rear head and this will be the answer to my problems. So i purchased a used head from goldwing with 50k on it for $1000 took it to the dealer who told me upon inspection of the newly purchased used head that my car will be ready in 2 days well after the second day i was told my car wasnt ready because the head cover gasket was leaking so they had to replace with a new one which will be a manufactures defect so i will not have to pay.and my car will be ready in a day 2 weeks later the part had still not arrived and the dealer told me he was sorry for the inconvience and my car is almost done and he can assure me this in 2 days.Well this morning a rep from the dealer called me at work and informed me that my rear head is damaged and i will need to send it back to where i got it from and get anew one. This is after three weeks of calling and checking in on my car and being reassured that everything is all right. Now i am out of 1000 plusno car i have a rental which i am paying for on a weekly basis. What should i do sue press anycharges etc.....Please any help will be appreciated.
