How much and how many miles? If lower miles and a good price, why not? especially if you can DIY a lot of small things, most of which you can do faster than taking the car to the dealer for service. main problems are leaky valve cover gaskets, a chronic problem on mine and others, no problem at all on many. Its a few hour DIY or a $600 dealer fix, which may not always work. Timing belt must be changed religiously per manual every 30k miles, see my many posts on the topic. Potential leaky head gasket, should have been remedied under recall many moons ago. Otherwise, just the usual quirks of any car.
The v6 has lots of power, runs smooth on the highway. The only time I was ever stranded was when the serpentine belt broke, but I was only 2 miles from the dealer at the time.
