The rubber bushings at the ends of the control arms, to the subframe brace and chassis, are rubber flex elements. The inner and outer bits are meant to stay fixed and the rubber just twists, no moving parts. Perhaps when cold these parts are too stiff and the inner bushing is moving where it is clamped by the through bolts. One could back those fasteners off and then retighen and see if they pull up tighter.
The front sway bar goes through two rubber bushings hidden on top of the subframe. The swaybar rotates within this part and this is known to be noisy, but usually mostly on Viggens for some reason. Silcone spray seems to help those.
And some noises will remain mysterious!
