Typically you will get the steering pulling to one side when the camber is not near symetrical. That is called cross camber. So the same on both sides?
You replaced the rubber bushings at the subframe and where the two control arms join?
I think 1.5 degrees is more than you should have, perhaps more so when you have hard bushings. Some have slotted the mounting holes for the upper mounts to change the camber. That will also change your toe-in and that will need to be corrected at the same time. There is not much change possible by changing the upper mount. You would be moving the mount outboard. Otherwise you could try to distort the subframe inwards. It is hot dip galvanized which leave the steel dead soft. So that is possible.
If I was going to try to correct this I would be seeking something closer to 0.5 for the camber.
