SID Repair Self-Destruct

I attempted to repair the missing line in my SID by putting pressure on the soldered cable to restore contact...as previous posts have suggested. I had it pretty good, then (being my anal-retentive self) I decided to try shimming it some more, and I pulled a bit too hard and separated 1/2 of the ribbon cable. Damn.
So I am thinking I may be able to repair this by reattching the "feet" on the cable to the circuit board with conductive epoxy....very carefully and under magnification. Anyone ever try that stuff? It doesn't seem like it is possible to solder this, so the epoxy seems like the best choice.
Any input is helpful.
Nick.
