Perhaps a rotor has some oil contamination. But in anycase. I would still get the brakes hot to see if that resolvest things. If deposits or a slight oil contamination, these should burn off or wear off. I would not leave it as is and not attempt to burn through it. As is, you are getting non-symetrical heating.
Do you have a torque wrench? You can back off the bolts and re-torque them. It is possible to create problems by not torquing the wheel bolts properly or over torquing.
I would re-torque the bolts before heating the rotors. You do not want to anneal the rotors if they are mechanically distorted by improper wheel bolt torquing. That would 'lock in' the problem.
