I have bought Saabs and a Volvo from Scandinavian over the years, and have had my Swedish cars serviced there that were out of new car warranty. My experience was that I bought good used cars that were well prepared. I had a problem early on with one Saab that was taken care of under their warranty with no problem. That was a relief considering the stories that you hear about used car dealers... There is no doubt that they know the product since I've been seeing the same faces there for close to twenty years. In fact, in '92 or '93 I had a weird intermittent problem with my ABS on my '90 SPG. The ABS would kick on making the braking very erratic. I gave the dealer three shots at it since it was still under the Saab warranty. I gave up on the dealer and took it to Scandinavian and they were the ones to finally fix what was dangerous problem.
