And wow, what a show. The organizers did a wonderful job. There were over 500 Saabs and over 800 owners (including spouses & kids) present. It was amazing! Nearly every Saab model was represented. My favorite was the 1989 SPG with 782,000 miles on it! And the owner autocrossed it at the convention! Amazing.

There is a lot more of the story to tell, including news about the official formation of the National Club. Garry Grimes, a member of this club, as well as NESA and CPSC, was elected President. Dan Orzano, from the Central Ohio Club, was elected VP. Daryl Powers from NESA was elected as the Treasurer. Yours truly was elected Secretary! :o)

Many thanks to Nathan Pflaum, Bill Cranor and his wife Debbie, Patrick Riordan and his girlfriend, Marc Fails and his wife Diane, & Garry Grimes and his friend Jane for making the trek out to Cincy. We all had a wonderful time.
