The shop in Falls Church is Swedish Motor Cars (Rich R.) which is near the East Falls Church Metro. S&S (Rick, Jeff, and Al) have loaner cars, so that helps with getting around. Viking (Eric) sometimes has weekend appointments and maybe able to work with you during the week. The two dealers in the area VOB in Rockville (near White Flint Metro) and International (Falls Church and Dulles).
The recommendation is call a couple of the shops and see what they have for an appointments. If you let them know about the cracked headlight, they should be able to see if they have it in-stock or how long the leadtime is, that way you can minimize downtime. Some of the indies might have a used part, if your interested in saving some money.
Alignment is a straightforward task, assuming that there are no problems like frozen tie rods or other problems. Did you have the summer wheels balanced once you took them out of storage?
Hope this helps!
