Cleaning Windows...maybe a dumb question...

This was never an issue when I put my Neon through the 5 dollar wash and had someone wash the car for me. But now I like to spend some quality time with my Aero on saturdsays.
I've been using the blue stuff to clean my windows. But it's a pain to use and it hardly cleans the windows well.
What's the best stuff to get (and can I get it at pep boys?)
Thanks!
Ali
