Applying Klass AIO after clay?

Hi,
I'm about to detail my car for the first time and already have a clay bar and Klasse AIO for the job.
Question is: After claying, can/should I just go ahead and apply the Klasse or should I wash my car before applying it?
I ask because the clay bar involves the use of a lubricant spray and I didn't know if I'd be "sealing this in" with the Klasse, if it was best to wash it off first, or if it really didn't matter.
Thanks for your advice.
