If you are just cleaning the door panels and dashes then micro fiber towels are great. I would get a few of them. First get a damp one, use that for the nasty stuff and wipe down everything. Then take a dry one a wipe down everything a second time. The second wipe down will get rid of any water spots left from the damp micro fiber towel.
I also have a small/soft horse hair brush I use to get in between buttons and vents where the towels cannot reach.
For stains I normally use just plain HOT water. I run water from the tap till it gets as hot as it can and put that into a spray bottle. The spray it on the spots and use a shop vac to suck out the stain. You may have to rub the water in a bit.
I second Stoner's Invisible Glass, awesome product!!!
Hope this helps!
