There are clips that hold the inner-window rubber piece. These clips are rubbing against the glass.
The fix is simple. Remove door panel, remove glass, remove inner rubber by removing the clips. Then grind off some metal from the clips to keep them rubbing against the glass.
Reinstall everything. Shouldn't take more than 30 minutes per side.
