You could have it professionally buffed out. I don't know of any DIY products for the purpose, but they could be out there.
I've also had good luck with Brasso (the stuff used for cleaning brass and such) and a damp cloth. The scratch has to be very light and it takes a bit of elbow grease, but may do the trick for you and it didn't seem to cloud my windshield at all (YMMV).
