I had a similar issue at one time. My very good friend is the VP of marketing for BASF Paints worldwide. He got it off of my car with paint thinner. For areas that were more resistant to the thinner, he used MEK(Methyl Ethyl Ketone). If I remember correctly the MEK was very aggressive with plastics and/or rubber, so test it on something else. And if you do work with the MEK, use rubber gloves and don't do it inside of the garage. The stuff is very carcinogenic and should not come into contact with your skin.....also avoid the vapors within your garage unless you're wearing a respirator.
