Just got back from the second job, it's barely better than the first. Spots are lessened a bit more on the windows, close to the point of being acceptable, and if that were the only issue I'd probably let it go. But the spots over the entire roof are unchanged, ie as bad as ever, and still are spots on the hood, though they are lessened. Now I am noticing fine swirl marks over almost the whole car which weren't there before, and aren't from my washing since I haven't yet washed the car myself. I was already going into the dealer tomorrow to pick up some accessories, how convenient!
Fortunately I am not as angry this time, but their detailers still suck and left smudges all over and spots where they didn't buff out the sealant and the windows are not clean at all, almost worse than when I brought it in this morning. However, I am now going to demand they take care of the issue properly, or refund all my money for the paint protection so I can have it taken care of properly somewhere else (ie a real detail shop). Idiots I tell you! And what kind of dealer uses rental car companies instead of their own loaner cars? So far I am averaging about 40 minutes from leaving the dealer service center until I am on the road in the rental. Atrocious.
