It is a detail question if Saab does not offer a repair.
I resolved myself to keeping a pad between the surfaces that rub together when the top is down.
The first bow must chaff down on the window which doen't fold so well.
My 02 Viggen vert. had just the threads showing, with the surface polished by being down.
Let's start a class-action against Saab.
PS-Mine just went over 50K and beyond the in service date four years ago.
Does that make us SOL.
