I agree with REM regarding his advice for application, frequency, etc, but I have never used Griot's products. I've used Lexol, Meguires, and Connolly Hide Food, but I've achieved the best results with Leatherique products (leatherique.com). You first use their oil (Rejuvenator Oil) and let it soak in. Then you use their cleaner/conditioner (Prestine Clean) to clean up the oil and further condition the seats. The dyes used on the leather in a Saab is brushed or painted onto the leather surface as opposed to vat dyed. The leather in my 911 is vat dyed and I've noticed that the oil soaks pretty much completely into the leather after a couple of days whereas a good portion of the oil sits on top of my Saab seats. People I've spoken to who use Griot's or Leatherique products for their leather seem equally satisfied.
