Their "kit" is enough to do the whole thing several times over. However, I found Leatherique not to work very well. It doesn't penetrate whatever coating the leather has on it, so you might as well use--whatever.
I tried leaving it in the sun with the Leatherique under plastic bags on the seats. I tried removing all the "old stuff" using wax remover. I used steel wool on the seats. I even used 400 grit sandpaper. Nothing helps it penetrate. Seats are still stiff, and this is on a '97, garaged, in excellent condition, 69K miles...
The Leatherique does work to soften leather, but it only seems to do the job on untreated leather; I tried it on a pair of old boots and it worked great. On the other hand, almost any oil will do the same thing.
I was personally disappointed. Your mileage may vary.
