No real answer but you might try something with a very light abrasive that's made for polishing glass or plastic. This may be stretching it, but if you happen to use Vinylex you might not want to use it on the wood dash. This is just my guess but Vinylex warns against using on the clear plastic on dashboard instruments as it may make them cloudy. To me, that "wood" dash is nothing more than a shiny plastic...so I would think it could have the same effect on it and make it cloudy.
