Saab Leather Conditioner

Hello All,
Ive read many posts recommending Griots or Leatherique Leather conditioners. Can anyone comment on Saab's Leather Conditioner? I bought it at the dealership for my 1999 9-3 conv (seats were beginning to get slightly brittle) and have used it 5 or 6 times over the last 2 yrs. Is Saab's proprietary stuff quality? Am concerned for its long term effects.
Thanks!
