I use Stoner's "Invisible Glass" cleaner that is available at many auto parts stores. It is a mixture of alcohol and other solvents in water. I use microfiber cloths or lint free wipes along with the cleaner.
I always lay an old towel on the dash to prevent spotting of the dash from the cleaner.
