Honda "Shin-etsu grease" appears to be a silicone based grease.
1Z einszett "Gummi Pflege" is a water based rubber conditioner.
It is best use some towels or rags and clean the weatherstripping with soap and water prior to applying any treatment. After cleaning the weatherstripping, some people just use their favorite vinyl & rubber cleaner/conditioner to treat the weatherstripping.
I prefer to use a silicone grease or silicone spray on all the rubber weatherstripping around the doors and trunk/rear hatch. Apply the silicone to a clean lint free rag and then wipe a thin layer onto all the weatherstripping. Silicone will keep the rubber from sticking to the door jamb and tearing. It will also protect against rubber-destroying ozone. Silicone spray is available at most home stores and hardware stores. Silicone grease is readily available at auto parts stores either as silicone grease or as "dielectric grease".
Another option is to use a product like Wurth “Rubber Care Gel Stick” or 1Z einszett "Gummi Pflege". It comes in a sponge-tipped bottle so it does not drip or splatter.
