Had my new 9-3 SS for two months. Base model stick with 16" wheels, bi-xenons, heated seats (and obligatory headlamp washers).

The features I really like ...
- the manual AC: controls are simple, intuitive, almost elegant.
- the center console cup holder: you can fold down the collar and then wedge the slider panel to hold just about anything in place.
- rubber mats that anchor in place for the parchment interior.
- 16" wheels: just enough but not too much.
- standard leather: dog hair doesn't have to be permanent.

The features that don't do much for me ...
- bi-xenons: sorry, just never had any trouble seeing before.
- headlamp washers: see above.

The features I am proud not to have ...
- ACC: I'll turn it on if I need it, and it won't confuse the snot out of me in the process.
- that gigantic screen with the infotainment mumbo jumbo.
- parking assist: is it really that hard to park? So hard that I want to put dimples in my bumper to tell everyone that I need help?

Features I wish I had ...
- an MP3 jack.
- cd titles displayed in the SID.
