...while living in Scotland. Unfortunately, it was before my time. They drove it through Spain and Portugal and thoroughly enjoyed it. It had a lot of revolutionary features. I remember reading that they had a great warranty to inspire confidence in the rotary and this is what eventually lead them to go bust as some of the components were very wear prone. I saw an Ro80 for sale in Hemmings a number of years ago and would loved to have picked it up.
The folks had interesting taste in cars. They once broke down in two separate Aston Martins in 24 hours. One blew an engine just down the road from the AM factory, the other broke down in France after the ferry crossing.
