Hi all,
I'm about to own my first car, and after a massive search of mid-level luxury convertibles I was surprised to find that the Saab 93 not only amazed me more than BMW, Mercedes, and Jag, it far exceeded my expectations. Not to mention it's going to leave me with a little spare change in my pocket. However, I have two hesitations…....the first is the reputation it has as a professor's car (my Hollywood, California, 20-something circle of friends is already teasing me), but I'll get over it.
The second hesitation is that I can't get one with a factory installed Navigation system. What's the deal with that??? Why not? Is there a sneaky way of getting one anyway? They sell them in the European cars, do you think if I called and asked nicely in Swedish, they might do me a favor?? Or can someone recommend a good after-market brand??
Thanks for your help,
Lost in Los Angeles
