That's why I going to try to make this date. Don't want to give 'em another chance!

But I think it has to be delivered to you a certain number of days beforehand as well. Can't prepare a very good defense if you don't get the evidence until the day before the trial. I just thought I'd heard or read something where justices were getting fed up with case dismassals based on this defence. Guess it'll come down to what I wear to court.
