So the US never had to suffer the likes of the Marina, Meastro, Capri(UK version) etc. The exception are the Jaguars produced in the late '70's. I don't think many of those still exist. Not the best steel used on them.
But consider yourself lucky not to have endured other European scrap piles like the '70's and '80's Lada, Fiat, Alfa Romeo rust buckets.
