Hopefully you will far exceed your estimated SAT score when you receive the results this Summer. I have two sons who both went to private colleges (youngest is graduating in 2 weeks from RPI) so I have some recall of the financial aid packages they received. Even with a 1550 SAT score (yeah, he missed 2 or 3 questions) the youngest was offered only one "free ride". The oldest was wait-listed into his program of choice (schools accepted him readily) with an 1180 SAT score at Miami (FL). Both kids also had 4.0's in H.S. and lots of extra-curriculars.
Unfortunately I do not have info regarding Business schools in the N-E. But after you develop a list of your target schools, investigate them thoroughly - particulary the financial aid packages offerred and test scores of applicants. Colleges are seeing a glut of applicants and top scores are needed for big financial aid awards.
If you are not satisfied with your SAT score, don't be too proud to take the test again, or reluctant to use a Test Tutoring service. My oldest took the LSAT in Fall '02 and was disappointed with his score. Enrolled in a Test Tutoring service, re-took the test in Fall '03 and scored substantially higher. Went from a 147 to a 163 (on 180 point scale).
Yes these services are expensive, but they can be a major benefit. They don't make you smarter - they make you more proficient at displaying your smarts in a standardized test format.
Hope this advise can be of benefit. Good luck on Saturday's exam.
