Question, what is "max it out"? How much???? I don't know how you can have "max insurance" if in worst case scenario someone gets paralysed for life and it turns out to be your fault.
I carry 250/500/100 and still feel beeing underinsured if worst comes to worse.
Or is it that your insurance company fights harder for you as more liability you carry since they are the ones loosing more money before the other part goes after you.
If you only carry 15/30/5 (minimum in CA) your insurance company might throw you to the dogs since they stand to loose very little.
I have been pondering this question for many years on "how much is enough" to feel safe?
