This just doesn't sound like a good situation. A good way to research a company is through the Better Business Bureau. I have always done that when contemplating the utilization of a certain business or company. They certainly don't provide ALL of the necessary information/reviews (granted that people don't always submit complaints/praise to the BBB), but it's a good starting point. Although I don't recommend it yet, you may be able to use legal action as a little motivation. After all, you paid for a service that you are not receiving. I'm not one to get firm with a representative over the phone, but I would definitely make an exception in this case. Be tactful, up-front, and don't let them take advantage of you. You are their business and livelihood...make sure they know that you put the food on their table. Again, good luck, drive safely, and KEEP ON SAABING!!!
