Pirellis used to be known to be hard to balance. I've never run any of their real high-perf tires on my cars, but did have some balance probs with lesser models.
I suspect Ari is right that you have an out of round tire. It can be so slight that you'll only notice it while driving and it could well vary by speed. Do as he suggests and move them one at a time to the rear. Involve the shop if you can, as it could be a warranty issue so you'd get a new tire. If they aren't involved they can claim you flat spotted the tire, which can have similar vibration issues.
Strange as it may sound, you could actually have two out of round tires and the vibration changes as you drive and the high spots get in synch. I had two slightly flat spotted tires on my old C900 and the vibration would come and go until I finally did a 500 highway run that was enough to wear down the bad spots.
