"""I have a CPO 03’ Aero SW"""
I finally found out what you are driving. You really need to post that! And this belongs in the 9-5BB.
For 02+, the camber is adjustable. I do not know why you assume that an alignment will not be done right. With the right gear and someone who knows and cares, it can be done right.
If you change the alignment with worn tires, the worn tires may have a wear pattern that pulls to one side, and some new tire defects can cause pulling that in no way implies that the alignment is bad.
Get behind the wheel and center it with visual cues from the top of the air bag and lines on the instrument panel opening etc. These are the standards that your eye catches when you are driving and these should be your standards for the alignment.
Check wheel to fender dimensions. Same on both side? If not, look for a mixup with the springs which are probably color coded.
And not all factory alignments are perfect either.
