I have gotten them from Disney (BankOne), MBNA, ATT (Citigroup), Discover. The GM Card (http://www.gmcard.com ???) has one but the rebates are not good for SAAB's. I have gotten them from Capital One and Chase in the past.
I'm in the market to buy a SAAB this month or next. I have just redeemed a 0% cash advance for more than a new 9-3 Linear costs so I have plenty of money and sort of pre-arranged financing already in place!
A word of caution. Check the fees for balance transfers or cash advances. Some of them have a cap of $50, some $100, some free. If you already have a balance on a 0% card, pay off the balance FIRST, otherwise you might get 0% on the cash advance but suddenly have to pay 20% on the earlier balance. Once you get the cash advance, do NOT use the card anymore until the balance is paid! All of your new purchases will be charged at a high interest rate! If you use e-bay, change your credit card because even if you get charged a seller fee of 40 cents on a credit card, the offer will cause you to be charged a minimum finance charge of 50 cents to $1 (over 100% interest rate!). So beware of the fineprint. 0% can be fun if you know exactly what you are doing.
