Tire Storage Question

I've got a stack of four Gislaved snow tires mounted on Saab's old 16" "snowflake" rims in storage. They've been there about three years since I moved to a warmer climate. Basically, the wheels are stacked right up on top of each other, with full tire pressure (at least, full pressure when originally stored).
Have I ruined the tires? Or will they be okay if I need to use them in the next year or so? What's the half life of a tire in storage? Is all that weight on the bottom tire screwing it up permanently?
Thanks!
Sieglo
