But none other than Tom Magliozzi, one of the "Car Talk" brothers.
His essay does make some sense. After all, we keep increasing the amount of power available, but we have no restrictions except how much you pay for it. Not that I'm a huge advocate of regulations, but here in the US, we have what I would call minimal training in order to simply drive a car, much less one with so much power available.
And while you're at it, make sure you check out "Time Kill Central" for a ton of laughs ...
