The price with the dealer is advertised by SAAB as non-negotiable. Of course, anything is negotiable, but the dealer is only making a few hundred bucks for the hassle of handling this transaction for you. You'd have to find one heck of a motivated dealer to negotiate on the price.
Besides the registration fees for the Swedish Export License plates, there is no tax. Of course you must purchase insurance to drive the car in Europe.
The dealers will charge you nothing beyond the purchase price and the price of the insurance and the Swedish registration.
The free hotel room, at the Ronnum Manor, is one room. I suppose you can try to fit as many people as the hotel will allow you to use that room. You also get a free dinner for two - a not inconsequential perk in a country where you will rountinely pay $100 for a two person meal at a modestly nice restaurant. You also get a buffet breakfast and transportation from the airport/trainstation and transportation from the hotel to the SAAB delivery center.
We're driving south from Trollhattan into Denmark, Germany and Austria.
