About the only thing you could do would be to use an FM modulator on the headset jack of your phone, but it would be a little complicated.
You'd have to find out which wire is the microphone and not use it, which might not be possible with a standard 2.5mm plug going into the headset jack. Typically that plug would automatically cut off the internal microphone as soon as it's plugged in. You'd then have to tune your FM radio to a station such as 87.5 like most FM modulators use.
This is probably not much help but I'm just kind of brainstorming. Depending on the model of phone you own and the technical information you can find, it might also be possible to use the connector on the bottom of the phone where a power cord plugs in. Typically one of the wires on these plugs is for audio out and one is for microphone.
