So this four family two story went up a block over from where I live and the eighteen families currently occupying said four family space put up driveway gates in lieu of fence in front of their house, painted the curb yellow and put "DRIVEWAY NO PARKING SIGNS" the entire length of this monstrous building. They now have two driveways on either side of the house, two garages behind the property, their front "yards" are also spots for vehicles (about three) and they also park cars right in front of their house...which noone occupies because of the curb they painted yellow.
WTF? This guy is a real ass and the eighteen loud families living in this house are not welcomed either. I called the city of new york the other day (311) but the guy couldn't dig anything up. The parking situation in my neighborhood is so bad that sometimes I don't go places because I know I wont find space when I get back; fifteen to fourty five minutes of circling around the neighborhood to find space is a daily thing....and this guy is taking up 1/2 of an entire [short] block!!!
