I think all HPs laser multifunctions would be considered business class. I don't use it enough to justify the cost of the high volume stuff. I wish HP would make their machines toner cartridges of a higher capacity. Especially in a multifunction machine I think anything less than 5000 pages at 5% is ridiculous. I also don’t care for the darn paper trays sticking out the way they do or the paper coming out rotted 90 degrees. It makes it hard to copy some stuff you have to line up. I think the quality has come down with the cost. I paid about $400 for my first laser and $600 for my first multifunction. Better speced HPs today run about $200 and $300. In comparison, injects have dropped even more in price. Is cheaper really better? Clearly capitalism thinks so, so we are stuck.
