Watco teak oil from new and they'll be ok for a year or so. I've tried the Starbrite teak cleaner and then teak oil after the first year w/o protection and it didn't work very well, I ended up sanding every piece of furniture over the winter w/220 and using the Watco teak oil which worked really well, the furniture looked good after a summer of weather. The Starbrite stuff I used earlier was junk. I plan on a quick sanding with a scotchbrite pad and reapplication of Watco for this season and I should be good to go. Or you can let them weather to gray, some like that look, I prefer the amber color of nicely kept teak.
Good luck,
George
