do you have any of the waterless hand cleaner? not the citrus based, and *definitely NOT* the stuff with grit in it... Just the original GoJo slimy petroleum based stuff that also has lanalin in it? put some on an old tee shirt or wash rag. Use a finger tip inside the cloth and scribble the road tar away. You will need to was the area with car wash soap after to get the remains of the GoJo off, but it *always* works!
