I just priced an AWD SEL, added every single available option, and got a price of $28,970. Looks like you can get a stripper I-4 S for $16,995. Actually, a stripper 500 starts at only $23,785 and a fully loaded AWD model tops at $32,085. (I'm especially interested in this because my old company car, a beautiful 4 door 4WD Dodge 1500 w/towing and Infinity sound package is being replaced with a Ford 500 SEL in the next month or so).
Both cars look to be a pretty good value as far as new cars go, and I'm not saying the cars aren't nice, just that it's easier to find a car for more money that has the feature that you want.
