is there a circlip holding the bearing in?
i have had good luck with a smallish punch thru the hole of one to gently ease the other one out.
key word is gently.
then use it on the outer race of the other bearing.
it's a no-no to drive a bearing using the inner race, but (ssh - don't tell anybody) you can do it if you're gentle.
if you're lucky, the new wheel will come with bearings in it.
heating the wheel near the hub (avoiding the bearing) with a propane torch or soldering gun can get them out help too. put the new wheel in a warm (200°) oven, put the bearings in the freezer for an hour or two once you get them out. should slide right in easy-peasy.
