spray the hub area with some penetrating oil (WD-40, etc.) where the center of the rim meets the hub. Tap the area lightly with a hammer. You want to shake it up a little, not bend it. Give the oil some time to work - 15 minutes at least.
Make sure the car is supported securely - Jack stands. This should be true of any wheel change. With a rubber mallet, hit the tire at the top and bottom, in an inward and outware direction (towards the car, away from the car.) It'll come off. DON'T DO THIS if the car isn't well secured. If you want to be really safe, put the lug bolts back in finger tight, and then back them out a turn.
In the future, every time a wheel goes onto a car, give the hub mating surface (that little flare out on the hub where the wheel rim rests) a squirt of penetrating oil. I actually give it a thin coat of anti-sieze compound, but that can be messy if you put on too much. Just a thin coat will do just fine. I also spray penetrating oil on the threads of the bolts before putting them in. That keeps them from binding up. If you torque them properly, they will hold just fine.
