Leather/Seat Foam Question

I was looking at my passenger seat bottom's leather and comparing it to my drivers seat. There is a significant difference. I feel like my drivers seat is much softer, or worn down than my passenger seat. The leather seems to be tighter and cleaner on the passenger side. I prefer the feel of the passenger side seat.
I've used Lexol, but I don't think it has helped. The leather seems stretched on the drivers side. I'm beginning to think it may be the seat foam as well.
What can I do to the leather to tighten it up again? How involved is it to replace the seat foam inside of the seat bottom of my 9-3 Viggen? Is it difficult to obtain replacement tan leather seat bottoms? How much should it cost me or am I totally out of luck?
