Hi,
Thank you to all that have replied to my post. I did in fact order a new Fuel Pump Online, at the direction of my Mechanic. I had no idea about what you call a CPS, I guess he didn't either! I did however find a guy online called the FuelPumpKing, in Miami. He is shipping me a new Fuel Pump (not Rebuilt) with a new Strainer, for $70.00 plus $10.00 Shipping. He has a 1 year exchange policy, and at this point, I really hope to god that the pump is the problem! I have also ordered a Fuel Filter from a co. near me in Putnam, CT called Europarts. I think it was 18.00 or close to that. That guy was very well versed on Saab Parts, and he also seemed to think it was the Pump, Go Figure!
Again, Thank you to you all that responded. If this don't work, I guess I will be looking into a new CPS. I dont wanna go there, I just spent $200.00 last week on a new Idler Pulley, and Belt. I just wanna trade this car in in March!!!!! I love it, and it has been a wonderful car, but its starting to scare me now! What a shame, it only has 105,000, and looks like it did when it was new!
Thanks
Jim
